The Intercom integration is not currently available to connect on any plan. To answer customers with AskVault now, deploy the web widget or one of the channels on your plan.

Availability

Intercom is not currently available to connect. It is not listed on any plan on the pricing page, and this page will be updated when that changes. When it is available, integrations connected from the Integrations page require the Growth plan or above.

What to use instead

• Web widget (every plan). Answers visitors on your site from your indexed content.
• Channels lists every channel your plan includes, with a setup guide for each.
