Zapier setup is not currently available. It is not listed on any plan on the pricing page, and this page will be updated when that changes.

What to use instead

  • Make (Growth and above). Send new-message, new-conversation, escalation and lead-captured events to a Make scenario, then route them to any app Make supports.
  • Outbound webhooks (Growth and above). Send the same events to your own endpoint.
  • REST API (Starter and above). Ask your agent a question from any system that can make an HTTP request.
