Step 1: create your account
Sign up at askvault.co/signup. The Free plan gives you 50 messages a month and 5 MB of content with no card and no time limit, which is enough to test on part of your site.
Step 2: re-crawl your site and add files
Open Knowledge > Add Source > Web Crawler, choose Domain Crawl and paste the site you gave SiteGPT. Upload any files through Add Source > File Upload, and copy hand-written answers into Q&A pairs. Check the content size in the usage meter to confirm which plan you need.
Step 3: test both bots
Ask 20 to 30 real customer questions in SiteGPT and in the AskVault chat playground. Compare the answers, the sources each one cites, and what happens when the answer is not in your content.
Step 4: connect channels
Beyond the website widget, AskVault answers on WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, SMS and email from Growth, all into one live chat inbox.
